Animal Defense Partnership supports animal protection nonprofits across the US with free legal services. Special funding from the New York Community Trust is enabling us to extend this support to NYC for-profit businesses and sole proprietors that save, protect, or otherwise benefit animals.

Serve NYC

This support is funded by the New York Community Trust, and your business must be serving NYC in some way. For example, this might mean that your work benefits people or animals in NYC, you have a location in NYC, hold events in NYC, work with a manufacturer in NYC, sell in NYC, etc.

Promote a Mission to
Save Animals

Your business's primary products or services benefit animals in some way. This benefit could include educating consumers about your primarily plant-based or cruelty-free products, manufacturing your products with a focus on being cruelty-free, and/or marketing your services in a way that highlights the benefit to animals.

Offer Solely Animal-Free Products and/or Services

Your business is animal-free (or nearly so) and does not serve or manufacture any products or services that use animals in the production process.
