Animal Defense Partnership is proud to provide pro bono legal counsel to over 300 organizations doing work in support of animals and plant-based diet change. We look forward to learning more about your organization and how we might be able to help you.

We do not provide legal counsel in regard to the following matters:

• assistance or representation in litigation
• veterinary malpractice claims
• criminal law, including investigating or prosecuting suspected animal cruelty or neglect
• complex real estate transactions
• assistance drafting proposed state or federal legislation

We also do not provide the following services:

• preparing tax filings
• accounting audits

Please note that ADP is not assisting new clients with nonprofit formation or application for tax-exempt status at this time. If you are seeking assistance with incorporation and/or with applying for for tax-exempt status (501(c)(3), 501(c)(4), etc.), you are welcome to submit an application and ADP will be in touch with a status update in early 2025.
